Updates

Added dedicated link for players (users) to report a bug. Located in the footer ( bottom of the page) with the "Report a bug" link
Added dedicated link for players to give their personal feedback on The Save Room. Located in the footer ( bottom of the page) with the "How can we improve?" link
Added contextual discussion post copy depending if creating from a game page, tag page, "report a bug" link, "how can we improve?" link, or general.
Added create list, create review and create discussion components within the tab section on a /game/title/ page, above the posts, with appropriate sizing.
Added Locked Tags to discussions and reviews. These tags cannot be removed from the post. Usually reserved for the game slugs on reviews and discussions, or the Official tags for Bug-Report and Player-Feedback.

Fixed an issue where restricted tags would appear in the "popular tags" section when creating a new post. Reminder: restricted tags are only to be used by admins.
Adjusted create post components' sizing under tab section of /game/title/ page.
